Welcome to my practice.

I am a wife, mother, friend, and sister, and these roles deeply influence the way I connect with the people I work with. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients through seasons that feel overwhelming, uncertain, or heavy. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, or experiences that feel more difficult to name, you do not have to do so alone.

My style is both supportive and direct. I believe your time and investment in therapy matter, and I am intentional about making each session meaningful and productive. At the same time, I value authenticity and believe that laughter can be an important part of the healing process. Therapy can hold both depth and lightness, and there is often room for moments of humor even in meaningful work.

What you can expect

I take a holistic approach to therapy, which means we’ll look at the whole picture of your life—not just what’s happening right now, but how your history, relationships, and family experiences shape how you respond today. Together, we’ll begin to understand patterns, make sense of your reactions, and create space for something different.

My goal is to help you feel both supported and gently challenged, so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and freedom. I see therapy as a collaborative process—one where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
